Millennium Games will be re-opening for phone/ online orders and Curbside Pickup beginning Friday, May 15th! We will be resuming our normal business hours of 10:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday – Saturday and 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on Sunday for these services. During this time we will be taking orders over the phone and through our new web store for CURBSIDE PICKUP AND LIMITED LOCAL DELIVERY (SEE BELOW) ONLY.
No customers will be admitted to the store under any circumstances.
How to Shop
Phone Orders – We will be taking orders over the phone to be picked up curbside. Simply call the store and let us know what you are looking for. We will let you know if we have it and we can take credit card payments right over the phone. While credit card payments over the phone are preferred, if you need to pay with cash, we can take payment and give change at the door via a plastic bin to avoid contact.
Online Ordering – We are in the initial phases of rolling out a new shopping cart feature on this website, which will allow our customers to shop our inventory and purchase items for Curbside Pickup beginning Friday, May 15th. We will be adding sections of the store to our online inventory in stages, so if you don’t see what you are looking for, please give us a call (585-427-2190) to ask about our stock.
Please Note: There are supply chain challenges across the country due to Covid-19, and the gaming industry is no exception. If you want something that we do not currently have in stock, we can take an order and give you a call if and when we can get it for you.
How to Get Your Items
Curbside Pickup – This one’s easy! Simply give us a call when you get here and we will put your order on our curbside pickup table right outside the door for you. We ask that you keep a 6 ft. distance from other customers who are also picking up items.
Limited Local Delivery– If you cannot make it for curbside pickup and you live within a roughly 10 mile radius of the store, we will be offering a contact-less delivery option for all orders over $50.00 (a $8 delivery fee applies). 100% of this fee will be paid directly to our delivery driver. Delivery orders will be taken by phone from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm daily and deliveries will be made after 4:00 pm.
Ikoria Pre-Orders– If you pre-ordered the latest Magic set, your items will be available for curbside pickup.
Magic Card Lists – If you want to ask about a few Magic cards, please feel free to call the store and we can check for you. If you have a list of cards (more than 10), we ask that you send us a message through our Facebook Page with your requests. We will respond as soon as we can. We would be happy to take payment over the phone once we have pulled your cards. Please understand that if you have a large list of cards, it may take some time to process your order. We are not taking any trade-ins at this time.
Ikoria Singles – A list of the single cards and prices from the new Ikoria set will be listed soon.
Gift Certificates – If you placed an order for a Gift Certificate and want to use it for a phone order, no problem! Please let us know when you call and we can apply it for you.
For the moment, we can only offer curbside pickup for phone and online orders. Customers will not be admitted into the store under any circumstances. Throughout this process we will do our very best to provide you with the best customer experience possible. Due to the many challenges that face us during this time, your patience is appreciated as we shift gears in order to continue serving our gaming community.
