Learn the basics of Magic: the Gathering with a new demo/ learn to play experience!
How it Works:
Magic Academy: Learn to Play is a new Learn to Play series that will teach players the fundamentals of Magic: the Gathering using media, Welcome (demo) Decks, and live teaching!
Brand new players will learn how to play with a video demo then be paired up to play friendly games against other new players. We will have staff on hand to walk you through rules questions and facilitate games as you learn the ropes!
Experienced players can use this event as their opportunity to teach family and friends and help welcome the next generation of Magic players into the Gathering!
Players will receive a free Welcome Deck, a Learn to Play brochure, pocket reference card, and a sticker sheet. There will be NO ENTRY COST for the event – it’s FREE!
