Play Something New -DOUBLE FEATURE Courtisans & Gateway Island Early Access
July 19 @ 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm
We will be teaching and playing a different Featured Game every Friday night beginning at 6:00 pm! We will have open copies available, and experts on hand to teach you how to play! On July 19th we will be running a DOUBLE FEATURE for two different games! The featured games will be Courtisans from Pandasaurus Games and Gateway Island from Van Ryder Games!
About Courtisans –
Tonight, the queen holds a banquet that everyone will attend. Will they leave a good impression? Backstabbing is fair game, and no trick is too dirty if it allows you to place your favorite families in the spotlight.
In Courtisans, you receive and play three cards on each of your turns. One is played at the Queen’s table to sway a family’s influence, whether in a positive or negative manner. The two other cards are played in your domain and in an opponent’s domain, and they can be worth positive or negative points, depending on their family’s status at the end of the game. Choose where best to place your three cards if you want to end up with the most points and win.

AJ from Van Ryder games will be here demoing Gateway Island and they have graciously given us the ability to sell the game before the official release on August 5th. He is one of the designers of Final Girl and several other Van Ryder games. If you are fan of his work, bring them and he has agreed to sign them!
We will be raffling off one open copy of the game at the end of the night to event players! Additionally, the Featured Game will be 20% off during the event for everyone who participated in the learn to play!
This is a beginner and family-friendly event, no prior knowledge of the game is required to participate, and players under 13 are welcome with guardian supervision!
